The Endless Libero C by Nagel & Hermann is the Ultimate Hot Fix Production Machine! This is the only hot fix setting machine in the world built with this type of frame work. The Endless Libero C is a 4 hopper machine that allows the user to affix rhinestones, rhinestuds, nailheads, half pearls or any other hot fix elements to transfer paper – without any need for an operator to run the machine.

In order for a hot fix transfer to be made, the transfer tape must be cut to the design’s size. The white backing must then be separated from the clear, pressure sensitive (sticky), paper (for the hot fix elements to stick to). Once the glue side of the clear transfer paper is exposed, the hot fix elements (design) can then adhere to the paper with the desired pattern until it is ready to be heat pressed. But, before it is pressed, the non-stick (white) backing is normally reapplied to the back of the clear transfer paper (with the rhinestone decoration) until it is ready – typically this is done to store the design for future use.

But, when the Endless Libero C starts production, there is no need for a person to physically set up the transfer paper to help create the decorative transfers. This machine will start with a full roll of transfer tape on one side of the machine. With that transfer tape, the machine will separate the white backing from the clear (sticky) transfer side and carry it onto the roller conveyor. From there, the machine will automatically lay down the design with the robotic arm feeding system; and, as the design is finished, the backing will be placed back onto the clear transfer paper for storage. The machine will also cut the completed transfer paper (with pattern) according to each design with custom properties.

The Austrian built, all metal robotic arm setting machine can produce up to 7,000 elements per hour with element sizes ranging from SS6 up to SS36 (size 2 mm up to 8 mm). The machine has interchangeable nozzles as well as changeable holding pots to accommodate the different size elements. The machine is also equipped with international standard brand parts & components for easy maintenance.
